Novem was built out of a problem that became impossible to ignore.
During COVID, we saw how much high-quality food was going to waste. Farmers were left with surplus product and no efficient way to preserve or scale it. We saw an opportunity to change that.
By leveraging freeze drying and building a fully integrated system around it, we created a way to transform perishable inputs into stable, high-quality products without compromising nutritional integrity.
Today, Novem operates as a closed-loop manufacturing partner supporting both pet food and human-grade agri-food markets.
From sourcing and formulation to R&D, production, and distribution, everything happens within one connected system. That allows us to maintain consistency, move efficiently, and ensure full traceability from raw input to finished product.
